Project Brief
This project involved transforming the free Shopify Dawn theme into a highly exclusive, ultra-minimalist storefront for YOU CAN'T AFFORD THIS — a luxury streetwear brand built around scarcity and product prestige. The goal was to strip away standard e-commerce conventions and create a gallery-like shopping experience that emphasizes brand value over everything else. All customizations were achieved through custom Liquid code, AJAX integration, and CSS architecture without requiring Shopify Plus.

- Implement a 'less is more' design philosophy by removing standard navigation elements.

Custom Header
Removed search and cart icons for a pure, distraction-free aesthetic that puts product first.
Dynamic Cart Visibility
Cart icon and drawer only appear intelligently when items are added to the bag.
Smart Button States
AJAX-powered buttons auto-switch between 'Add to Cart' and 'Sold Out' based on real-time inventory.

Technical Implementation
Leveraged Shopify's Liquid templating language to extend the capabilities of the Dawn theme without relying on heavy third-party apps or requiring Shopify Plus.
